Welcome to the North Pole
All aboard for a magical journey to the North Pole! Our Experiential Holiday Theater invites guests to step inside the story — where snow falls softly, lights twinkle, and holiday cheer fills the air. From the moment families enter, they’re transported to Santa’s workshop at the top of the world.
Recently recognized by Good Morning Texas as one of the favorite holiday experiences for families and children in DFW, this enchanting show uses marionette puppetry and special effects to transport audiences straight to the North Pole. Dancing elves, ice-skating penguins, singing Christmas trees, Rudolph, Santa, and over 50 handcrafted marionettes and puppets bring this holiday classic to life.

*We catergorize seniors as 60+. Children ages 2 -17 require tickets. Infants and toddlers 0 - 23 months are FREE.
Parents, please note:
This is a timed-entry event, with experiences beginning every two hours. The main performance lasts approximately one hour and requires children to remain seated and relatively still during the show.
For the safety and comfort of all guests, please be aware that the production features star strobe lights, low level lasers, smoke effects, snow and bubble machines, and aerial puppetry that performs within the audience.
